The 2021 range of Bushnell devices now come with a new and improved mobile phone application. Please refer to the QR Code on the Quick Start Guide that came with your device to download the new application.

Bushnell watch not turning on? If you have a Bushnell watch that will not turn on, has lost power or seems to have died, first connect the unit to power to ensure the unit is receiving charge, hold down the orange power for up to 15 seconds. 

Bushnell Device Update

 

Firstly you will need to download the new Bushnell Golf Mobile Application on your mobile phone.

Scan the QR code on your Quick Star Guide to be taken to download the application.

 

Follow the prompts on the app and once registered, go to https://appsupport.bushnellgolf.com/ 
Log in with your email and password as created on the app.

Follow the prompts as instructed on the website.

Single Course Updates

 

Single course updates can be performed via your Bushnell Golf Mobile Application.

From the main screen once logged in, select your device from the list, select course update, search for the course you require to update and begin the download. Your application will then notify you that the update has been completed.
 

If your course is available on the app but is not showing the current version or does not say an update is required, in the app go to 'support' and select 'report mapping issue'. Select your course and lodge the information that requires updating.
